How we work
Discover our process
At the Munib & Angela Masri Foundation, we implement a systematic approach to project selection. Our priority is to identify and support initiatives that demonstrate the highest potential for positive impact, ensuring they align with the Foundation’s mission and strategic goals.
Identifying Priorities: In the initial stage, the most pressing issues and challenges in the target community or region are identified. Additionally, consultations with civil society organizations and local community members are conducted to understand their priorities. Based on this information, the criteria for selecting the project are determined.
Analysis: All opportunities and projects, which are presented to the Foundation, undergo a meticulous, donation vetting procedure, including a thorough Know Your Beneficiary (KYB) process. Additionally, a comprehensive feasibility study is conducted to assess each project’s potential community impact and its likelihood of achieving the desired objectives. This approach ensures full compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, reflecting the Foundation’s commitment to responsible and impactful giving.
Implementation: A detailed plan is developed. The focus is on fostering robust relationships with local partners, national agencies, and non-governmental organizations, which are essential for enhancing the project’s success and sustainability.
Monitoring and Evaluation: A comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system is employed to track the project’s progress, ensuring it meets its objectives and achieves its intended impact. This system provides essential data for making critical decisions about project continuation or necessary adjustments. After project completion, the Foundation continually collects data to better understand community needs, evaluate project impacts, and refine strategies for more effective and sustainable outcomes.
