QASR was initiated by the Foundation aiming to advance applied scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the Arab world, particularly in Jordan and Palestine. The project fostered the development of human capital, seen as crucial for the region’s prosperity, by facilitating technology transfer, establishing research networks, and partnering with regional and international universities, institutes, and research centers.
